IGP: Police will keep tabs on serial rapist when he returns

KUALA LUMPUR: Notorious serial rapist Selva Kumar Subbiah, convicted of sexually assaulting dozens of women in Toronto, Canada, will be closely monitored by police once he steps foot on Malaysian soil, said Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar.

Confirming that his Canadian counterpart has informed him that Selva Kumar will be deported on Sunday, the Inspector-General of Police said police would be awaiting him upon arrival.
