Police seeking public's help to track down woman chained in Serdang

SERDANG: Police are trying to track down a 29-year-old woman who was found chained by the roadside Sunday in Serdang Raya, Seri Kembangan here.

Passers-by spotted the woman locked in metal chains and squatting by the roadside near the MPSJ Hall at about 9am.
