KUALA LUMPUR: A welder dreamt big and wanted to be the boss, so much so that he modified his car registration plate to read “WA BOSS” (I am the Boss).
The 23-year-old was arrested at an Ops Roda Khas police roadblock here on Friday night when his Honda Jazz was stopped.
