PETALING JAYA: Malay youths appear to lag behind in terms of social mobility compared to their Chinese counterparts, said Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin (pic).
Citing a study conducted by Khazanah Research Institute (KRI), he said only 33% of Malay youths, who were born to parents without formal education, attained tertiary education, compared to 44% of Chinese youths in the same situation.
