KOTA KINABALU: A man recorded on video brutally killing a dog that he believed devoured his chicken has been identified and his statement recorded.
An officer from the Department of Veterinary Services and Animal Industry said yesterday the man, whose identity was withheld, was brought in for questioning on Thursday.
