Fire fails to deter SK Bario students from sitting for UPSR

Seven classrooms, a computer room and a kitchen were destroyed in the fire.

MIRI: A fire that destroyed a block of SK Bario on Sunday did not deter 16 pupils from sitting for their UPSR, although the examination venue had to be changed.

SK Bario headmaster Dara Tigan said the students, comprising eight male and eight female pupils, were moved to Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Bario on Monday, without any problems.
