KUALA LUMPUR: The magistrate's court here has set July 1 to decide if dance producer Bilqis Hijjas (pic) is to enter her defence for allegedly dropping yellow balloons at an event attended by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife on Aug 31 last year.
Magistrate Muhamad Faizal Ismail said he needed time to deliberate on the matter as it was a "rare case".
