Chong: You will cherish Malaysia if you know your history

BENTONG: Understanding history is vital to appreciating the beauty of Malaysia, says Deputy Education Minister Chong Sin Woon.

“When you look at a finished product, you don’t see anything special.But when you observe the process of how it came to be, then you appreciate it,” Chong said at the 100th anniversary of SJK (C) Khai Mun Pagi yesterday.
