SEREMBAN: Police will investigate whether their officers had been negligent after a rape suspect allegedly smuggled a blade in his sling bag while being transported from the Nilai station to the court here to be remanded.
This possible oversight could have caused the 25-year-old to cut himself and, as a result, sustain life-threatening injuries.
