SIBU: The long arm of the law finally caught up with the army captain who fled after allegedly raping his cousin here.
Acting OCPD Supt Martin Koo said Friday the 34-year-old officer was picked up from the Jalan Oya army camp at 10am on Thursday, two days after he committed the offence.
