PUTRAJAYA: A Court of Appeal has set aside the RM300,000 award given to Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng (pic) in a defamation suit against a heritage and environment advocate and two others.
Justice Dr Hamid Sultan Abu Backer, who chaired a three-man panel Monday, set aside the award and did not make any order as to costs after hearing submissions from the parties.
