GEORGE TOWN: Engineer Cheong Teik Keon has been ordered by a High Court here to enter his defence to a charge of murdering his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day three years ago.
Judicial Commissioner Collin Lawrence Sequerah ruled yesterday that the prosecution had proven a prima facie case against Cheong.
