KUALA LUMPUR: An open tender for the Malaysia-Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) project will be called once bilateral arrangements between Malaysia and Singapore are completed near the middle of the year.
Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said both countries were finalising the HSR system’s details through joint cross-border forums formed by both Govern-ments.
