GEORGE TOWN: A newborn girl, with its umbilical cord still intact, was found abandoned in Lorong Perak, Jelutong – the second such case in two days.
George Town OCPD Asst Comm Mior Faridalathrash Wahid said they received a call about the discovery at around 8.10am yesterday.
