Animal activists: We must drag this culprit to justice

KOTA KINABALU: Animal rights activists here have lodged reports against a driver who was caught on camera dragging a dog tied to the back of a four-wheel-drive vehicle on the way to Lahad Datu.

Kota Kinabalu Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA-KK) vice-president Dr Roslee Abbas said they condemn the act that was highlighted in The Star on March 15.
