KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah arrived at Parliament with the Raja Permaisuri Agong to open the first meeting of the fourth session of the 13th Parliament on Monday.
He arrived and inspected a guard of honour at around 10am and was later accompanied to enter the august House.
