KUALA LUMPUR: A widow has initiated civil proceedings against Malaysian Airline System Bhd (MAS) for alleged negligence and breach of contract, seeking damages of at least RM32mil following the disappearance of Flight MH370.
Housewife K. Sri Devi, 32, was married to the late S. Puspanathan who was on board the flight, which departed from KL International Airport to Beijing on March 8, 2014.
