KUALA LUMPUR: Chief Justice Tun Arifin Zakaria (pic) has reminded judges who are unhappy with the rulings of higher courts not to express their displeasure by passing remarks as it reflects badly on the judiciary.
"You can, of course, disagree or distinguish the case. But to say you are not bound by decisions of the higher court would be unethical," he said.
