Litrak announces Christmas Day toll discounts for LDP, SPRINT users

KUALA LUMPUR: Litrak Group has announced toll discounts for motorists using the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and SPRINT on Christmas Day.

Litrak Group Communication Division manager Shah Rizal Mohamed Fawzi said the toll discount was started in 2010 in an effort to help and share in the joy of consumers in celebrating festive seasons.

"A 60 sen discount is given to LDP users and 20 sen to users of the SPRINT Highway for all classes of vehicles, this year.

"The toll discount for Christmas Day, Dec 25, 2015 begins at 12.01am and ends at 11.59pm (one day)," he said after opening a 2015 Christmas Day special programme with House of Joy Handicapped Children at the National Zoo on Wednesday.

On another matter, he said Litrak Group would use the electronic payment system fully from next year.

"This system is still at the trial stage and will be fully operational in March, 2016 for the SPRINT Highway and September 2016 for LDP," he said. – Bernama
