PETALING JAYA: The MCA Religious Harmony Bureau is taken aback by the demands of PAS and PKR Members of Parliament who called for national athletes to wear syariah-complaint sports attire.
"Do PKR and PAS MPs expect Malaysian sportswomen to be fully clad and constrained in Taliban-inspired and enforced burqa-like outfits?" questioned MCA Religious Harmony Bureau chairman Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker.
