SHAH ALAM: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has urged Gerakan to come up with a plan that is better than DAP to regain the people's confidence in Penang.
Addressing the party's 43rd national congress convention on Sunday here, Najib said the party should base its plan on moderation that had been practised by Barisan National's past leaders.
