ALOR SETAR: A senior citizen and his son have claimed trial in a Sessions Court here to 420 charges involving the misappropriation of diesel, a controlled item under the Control of Supplies Act.
Lim Ah Hua, 70, and his son Lim Leap Hoe, 41, directors of a petrol and diesel wholesale company, are jointly charged with their company Megasen Sdn Bhd from Batu Lima in Simpang Empat.
