PETALING JAYA: Malaysian diplomatic aide Warrant Officer 2 (WO2) Muhammad Rizalman Ismail will be arrested and taken to the nearest court when he arrives in New Zealand, according to Wellington police.
Wellington district police commander Superintendent Sam Hoyle said in a statement Thursday that "when someone with a warrant to arrest arrives in New Zealand, they are met at the border by police, arrested and taken to the nearest court.
