PETALING JAYA: PAS has once again stressed the party’s belief that hudud can control the rise in serious crimes.
In a statement issued on Friday, PAS vice-president Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man said existing laws had failed to act as deterrents as criminals no longer fear them.
