TELUK INTAN: Datuk Mah Siew Keong is not a recycled candidate for the Teluk Intan parliamentary seat by-election, MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said.
He said the 53-year-old Gerakan president who failed to clinch the seat in the last two general elections was making a comeback to serve the people and is not a recycled candidate as nicknamed by his detractors.
