Police: Karpal died on the spot from impact of crash

PETALING JAYA: The car in which DAP veteran Karpal Singh, 74, was travelling in collided into the side of a five-tonne lorry on the North South Expressway, police confirmed.

Karpal's 38-year-old son, RamKarpal, and the driver, C. Selvam, were slightly injured in the accident.
