Four fined after being caught with wild boar at reserve


KOTA KINABALU: Sabah is continuing with their crackdown against poachers. Four men have been slapped with a RM3,500 fine each after they were caught with an illegally hunted wild boar in a forest reserve.

The Tawau Sessions Court ordered the four – Nurik Ganggot, 53, Sanreco Ansusok, 39 and Ladim Kahintan, 50, Arwandi Ranggot, 34, – to be jailed six months each if they failed to pay the fines imposed against them.
