PUTRAJAYA: Hot air balloons in the shape of 'Smurf' and '3 Wise Monkeys' began to dot the sky over Putrajaya Thursday at the start of the 5th Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2013 that ends Sunday.
A total of 25 hot air balloons, including conventional shaped balloons with various unique designs and motifs, will festoon Putrajaya's sky during the four-day fiesta themed "1 World, 1 Malaysia and 1 Fiesta" at the Monument Alaf Baru at Precinct 2, here.
