KOTA KINABALU: A married man, who allegedly fleeced a nurse here of RM15,000 after promising to marry her, has been detained by the police.
However, the woman, known only as Ijah, has offered to retract the report if the man returned the money he took to pay for marriage preparations and as deposit for their future home.
