SHAH ALAM: Former lawyer N. Pathmanabhan told the High Court that his business dealings with cosmetics millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya regarding a land worth RM25mil in Penang was not a scam.
The land, located in Batu Ferringhi, was bought by Sosilawati’s company Southern Symphony Sdn Bhd from missing businessman A. Muthuraja of Chennai, India.
