PUTRAJAYA: The court will decide on the fate of Beacon, the miniature bull terrier cross which mauled an elderly jogger to death in Subang Jaya earlier this month.
Veterinary Services Department director-general Datuk Dr Abdul Aziz Jamaluddin said it had no authority to decide whether the dog would be released or put to sleep.
