KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has struck out a habeas corpus application filed by Saudi Arabian newspaper columnist Hamza Kashgari Mohamad Najeeb against his arrest, detention and deportation.
High Court judge (Appellate and Special Powers) Justice Rohana Yusuf made the decision after allowing the preliminary objection by the Government.
