KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has set Jan 14 to assess the damages for the Tengku Temenggong of Kelantan, Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Sultan Ismail Petra, over a judgment in default he entered against his estranged wife and her mother in his RM105mil defamation suit.
