Comply with rules in setting up gated-and-guarded schemes

SHAH Alam City Council (MBSA) must be commended on having guidelines to the setting up of gated-and-guarded schemes.

I am sure this may have annoyed some but there must be the rule of law and the MBSA puts it quite clearly what must be complied with.
