Development, basic amenities and infrastructure are the right of every citizen. It cannot be used to bargain for our political choice.

THE State Legislative Assembly has been dissolved, paving the way for the state election to be held. Like clockwork, the independent Election Commission has announced that nomination day will be April 25 and polling will be on May 7.
