‘No harm’ listening to fortune tellers, says Thai PM

He can see the future, with a bit of help: Thailand's Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha seen in front of the Government House in Bangkok.

Thai Prime Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha admits he seeks advice from fortune-tellers following media speculation over his spiritual beliefs.

“There’s no harm in listening to fortune-tellers. Fortune- telling is an art. But if a fortune teller tells a person that they will be rich and then they stay in bed all day, then what is the use?” says Prayuth to reporters on Sept 23. “I listen to their words. They warn me that I might clash with the media.”
