Love her or hate her, Joan Rivers knew how to make people laugh, no matter how right and wrong she was.
American comedian Joan Rivers is no more, passing away on Sept 4, exactly a week since she was admitted to Mt Sinai Hospital in New York after she suffered a cardiac arrest and stopped breathing while undergoing a throat surgery. Her death comes as another blow to the world of entertainment after fellow comedian Robin Williams’ suicide barely a month ago. Rivers was 81 years old.
