Thankful for a new lease of life

Dr Charles Lee caught up with his former schoolmate Datuk Shake (right) early this year when both of them were in Kuala Lumpur. 'We used to sing together in the school choir,' says Dr Lee.

TWO years ago, plastic surgeon Dr Charles Lee went to see a cardiologist as he felt that his blood pressure was not well controlled.

“I had no chest pain, but my blood pressure readings were erratic,” recalled Dr Lee, 60.
