Scientex Bhd surged ahead yesterday towards a four-month trading high as the short-term uptrend picked up pace.

The share has crossed the RM3.80 resistance, following which it could now head to the RM4.20 mark and higher still to RM4.60.

Looking at the technical indices, the slow-stochastic has risen to a high 74 points, while the 14-day relative strength index (RSI) is edging into overbought territory at 76 points.

The daily moving average convergence/divergence (MACD) histogram has perked up sharply, indicating the onset of bullish momentum.

Support for the share is pegged to RM3.28 and RM3.07.

Ta Ann Holdings Bhd spiked higher yesterday on its highest trading volume in nine months.

The jump in buying activity coupled with rising momentum bodes well for the share, which breached its recent high.

Having surpassed the resistance of RM4.35, it could move towards a higher hurdle at RM4.60.

The slow-stochastic sits at a robust 84 points while the RSI is also strong at 72 points. The MACD is also moving higher at an accelerated pace.

Support for the share can be found at RM4.09 and RM3.70.

Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Bhd broke free of the 200-day SMA line yesterday as it rose towards the recent high of RM3.45.

Should the rally continue, it could further retrace the losses it made over the first nine months of 2025, and arrive at RM3.71.

The share is building momentum across key indicators to suggest a mounting rally. The slow-stochastic is at 69 points while the RSI sits at 69 points. The MACD is rising at a steep angle to signal bullish momentum.

Support is pegged to RM3.20 and RM3.03.
