Iconic unveils show unit in Bukit Mertajam


KUALA LUMPUR: Iconic Worldwide Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Iconic Maison Sdn Bhd, has launched the show unit for Iconic Harmony, an upcoming mixed development in Alma, Bukit Mertajam, Penang with a gross development value of RM255mil.

In a statement, the company said Iconic Harmony consists of 751 freehold affordable homes in a modern, 36-storey building, as well as 16 units of double-storey shop lots.

It said each residential unit has a built-up area of 900 sq ft and comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

It also features more than 30 facilities including infinity pools, a children’s water playground, half-court basketball court, jacuzzi and green spaces.
