KUALA LUMPUR: Bioalpha Holdings Bhd’s subsidiary has entered a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Zuellig Pharma Sdn Bhd for the import and distribution of the Covid-19 vaccine in Malaysia.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the contract was effective since Jan 22, and subject to approval from the relevant authorities for the distribution and sale of the vaccine.
