KUALA LUMPUR: Vizione Holdings Bhd
’s wholly own subsidiary, Vizione Development Sdn Bhd has entered into a sale of shares agreement to acquire the entire stake in Pembinaan Angkasa Permai Sdn Bhd to venture into property development.
In a statement yesterday, Vizione said Pembinaan Angkasa Permai had a joint-venture agreement with Hanacekap Sdn Bhd to jointly develop a leasehold commercial land, measuring 3,636 square metres, in Mukim Petaling here to build one block of serviced apartment called “The 216 Residences”. — Bernama
