PETALING JAYA: Integrated offshore production and offshore support services provider Yinson Holdings Bhd was awarded one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2018, Malaysia edition.

Yinson was among 46 local corporations selected from across the country, signifying its high levels of employee engagement, as well as its focus on talent management.

Yinson group chief strategy officer Daniel Bong, who received the award on behalf of the group, said the award marked Yinson’s continuous efforts to create a workplace that cares deeply for employees, whilst going the extra mile to encourage personal and professional growth.

“We realise that to build an energy infrastructure that lasts far into the future, we need to build a team that is in for the long haul, so we worked hard to create a vibrant, progressive workplace that puts people first. “Our company’s core values are Reliable, Open, Adaptable, Decisive and Sustainable, spelling out the word ‘ROADS’.

“We believe that encouraging our employees to adopt ROADS as a way of life is the key to success – whether as a company or in their personal lives,” said Bong.
