SDB targets 80% occupancy rate for signature suites

KUALA LUMPUR: Selangor Dredging Bhd (SDB) targets an occupancy rate of 80% by March 2019 for The Hub SS2 signature suites, head of post development Peter Quah said.

Located in Petaling Jaya, The Hub SS2 is a mixed commercial development comprises of 13 low-rise four-storey shop offices and 276 signature suites set in a 44-storey tower, a statement said.
