Serba Dinamik unit buys 49% stake in OHP Ventures

PETALING JAYA: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Serba Dinamik International Ltd (SDIL), has entered into a share sale and purchase agreement to acquire a 49% equity interest in OHP Ventures Incorporated (OHP Ventures) for US$800,000 (RM3.33mil) from OHP Ventures Sdn Bhd (OHPVSB).

OHPVSB owns the entire issued and paid-up share capital of OHP Ventures.
