IJM secures UOB Properties' RM451m tower block in KL


New high for Dagang NeXchange Bhd

KUALA LUMPUR: IJM Corporation Bhd's unit has secured a RM450.89mil contract from  UOB Properties (KL) Bhd to design and build an office tower along Jalan Raja Laut here.

The construction-property company said on Monday its unit IJM Construction Sdn Bhd had secured the contract to build the UOB Tower 2 where the completion period was 40 months.

The project includes five levels of basement car park, one level of lower ground floor, two levels of podium for a banking hall and 27 levels of office space including a green lounge reception, a sky lounge and mechanical floors.
