PETALING JAYA: Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) says a subsidiary has entered into a joint-venture (JV) agreement with the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) to kickstart a RM21bil property project in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.
The project will be developed over three plots of land totalling 76 acres which MRCB’s subsidiary had obtained from the government under a privatisation programme.
