PETALING JAYA: The Kuala Lumpur High Court has struck out with costs the claims made by Accolade Land Sdn Bhd against MMC Corp Bhd’s jointly controlled entity, MMC Gamuda KVMRT (PDP) Sdn Bhd.
The claims were related to an alleged breach of contract relating to the acquisition of land belonging to Accolade Land by MRT Corp for the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) project.
