Cypark clinches RM28.5mil jobs from Government

Source of energy: The Integrated Renewable Energy Park that replaces the Pajam landfill.

KUALA LUMPUR: Cypark Resources Bhd has clinched three contracts worth RM28.48mil from the National Solid Waste Management Department to operate of the leachate treatment plants (LTPs) for landfills in Negri Sembilan and Pahang.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the environmental engineering and technology provider said the LTP operations for the Pajam (Nilai) and Bukit Palong (Port Dickson) landfills would be for five years starting April 2, 2017.

The contract involving the Jabor-Jerangau (Kuantan) landfill will be for two years beginning April 3.

“There are no major risks in relation to the works, save for the normal construction risk of material price and labour cost fluctuations which are already covered by the contract sum,” the company said.
