PETALING JAYA: Yong Tai Bhd
has acquired two pieces of land located adjacent to the Impression Melaka theatre for RM35mil cash from Laila Development Sdn Bhd.
The amount, raised through a mix of internally generated funds and/or bank borrowings, will be paid to the vendors Mustazah Osman and Laila Endut to acquire the entire stake in Laila Development.
